Kuailian PC client: do not grab a same-name Store app

Where is the Kuailian PC client? Only the official exe from the Windows card on this download page. Do not settle for a similar Store listing, and do not apply phone instructions to the desktop.

Accelerator names collide in the Store. The tell is a sign-in page that does not accept the purchase-channel account. Uninstall the Store copy and return here.

Tray inside Remote Desktop

When you RDP into Win11, the tray belongs to the remote session. Your local taskbar having no icon is expected. Look for the chevron inside the remote window.

A loading homepage is not an installed client

Home loading only means the entry works. The client is a separate install. Confirm a window or tray, then sign in.

Is the PC client a web app?

No. This site ships an installable client. The homepage is not a power switch; acceleration happens inside the installed program.

No tray over Remote Desktop?

Fullscreen RDP can hide the remote session tray. Exit fullscreen or open overflow inside the remote window.

Can I install on a work PC?

Installable is not the same as allowed. If domain policy locks the driver, an admin must allow it — compatibility mode will not help.
